You R Here

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last Updated: September 4, 2026

No Recurring Plan to Cancel

You-R-Here does not use recurring plans. The app includes a device-local 30-day free trial, followed by an optional one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase for continued editing. The trial does not automatically convert into a paid purchase, so there is nothing to cancel when it ends.

One-Time App Store Purchase

A completed purchase permanently unlocks the app while the App Store transaction remains valid. It does not renew and does not create a repeating YRH charge. If you previously bought the unlock, use Restore Purchase in the app to ask the App Store to restore an eligible purchase.

Refunds and Purchase Issues

Apple processes the purchase. Requests for refunds, reports of unrecognized charges, payment-method questions, and other App Store transaction matters must be submitted to Apple and are governed by Apple's applicable policies.

If the app does not recognize a valid purchase after you use Restore Purchase, contact us at support@you-r-here.com with the app version, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Do not send payment-card details.

When the Trial Ends

If the trial ends without a purchase, You-R-Here becomes read-only rather than locking you out of your library. You can continue to view your active and Legacy content and use Backup Export, Backup Restore, and Legacy Export. A verified one-time purchase restores editing access.
