You retain all rights to content you create. Archive space limits vary by plan.
Private by default: Your content is intended to be visible only to you when signed in.

- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

The Service, including its design and functionality, is owned by You-R-Here and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Support and Safety
If you believe your account is compromised or you run into a safety issue related to your account, contact support@you-r-here.com.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy: We generally do not offer refunds. If you cancel during a billing period, you retain access to paid features through the end of that period.

9. Billing and Payment
Subscription fees are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. We do not store credit card information.
10. Account Deletion
Permanent Deletion: When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted including:
- Your user profile and account information
- All your timelines and events
- Your reflections, notes, and uploaded files
⚠️ This action is PERMANENT and cannot be undone.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, You-R-Here is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify You-R-Here from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
14. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.
15. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
16. Entire Agreement
