You retain all rights to content you create on the Service. Storage limits vary by subscription plan. By uploading content, you grant us the right to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Messaging: You-R-Here includes direct messaging between friends. Messages are stored securely and are deleted when your account is deleted.

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by You-R-Here and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You can block users to prevent contact. You can report inappropriate content or behavior to our safety team at support@you-r-here.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refund Policy: We generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees. If you cancel during a billing period, you will not receive a prorated refund, but you will retain access to paid features through the end of that billing period.
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, your payment method will be charged automatically when the trial period ends.

Subscription fees are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We do not store your credit card information. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe in accordance with industry standards.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping it up to date. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Permanent Deletion: When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted including:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU-R-HERE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless You-R-Here, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and You-R-Here regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
