The Service allows you to create and store personal content, including timelines, events, reflections, and media ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
Service License: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you and to any account access you authorize.
Responsibility: You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have all rights necessary to upload it.

The Service is intended for private, personal use. If you export, download, or otherwise provide copies of your content to others outside the Service, they may retain those copies. We are not responsible for how third parties use copies once they are outside the Service.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card information. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select until you cancel.
We may change prices or subscription offerings from time to time as permitted by law. If required, we will provide notice before changes take effect.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds (if any) are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy available at cancellation.html.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the safety, security, or integrity of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Permanent Deletion: When you delete your account, we will delete your account data from our systems, including your User Content, subject to limited exceptions required by law or for security and fraud prevention.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU-R-HERE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless You-R-Here and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Except where prohibited by applicable law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the effective date of the current version. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
